Then you’re a VIB – a Very Important Bride! And you won’t want to miss an exclusive VIB brunch on Sunday, March 7, at Trio’s Restaurant and Jazz Club. From 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m., enjoy a delicious champagne brunch; hob nob with Bella celebrity guests Linnyette Richardson-Hall and Michelle Rago; visit a gallery of lavish and fabulous wedding looks and designs to suit budgets of all sizes; and pick up a complimentary swag bag filled with bridal loot to prepare for your big day.
The VIB brunch will include an assortment of delectable breakfast selections, including Strawberry Stuffed Texas Toast with Pecan Maple Syrup, Bacon, Sausage, Scrambled Eggs, Omelet, Belgium Waffle and Prime Rib Carving stations and, of course, a complimentary Mimosa for everyone! Also, enjoy a number of gourmet menu options, including Spinach Salad, Pasta Salad, Jumbo Prawns, Fresh Fruit with Mango Coulis, Crudités with Gorgonzola Walnut Dip, Chili Lime Grilled Shrimp with Chipotle Remoulade and Corn Cakes with Whipped Goat Cheese. For dessert, treat yourself to Cheesecake, Chocolate Mousse Tarts and Assorted Gourmet Pies!
